2 Account Security and Responsibilities
Password and Access
Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) adequately secure. You may not allow any third party to access your account using your login details.

If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will be handled at our discretion.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
You can deposit at vip8000 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks for all methods. Funds will only be available for play once the deposit is confirmed, and after depositing you must verify that the amount is correct yourself.
- You must use a payment service registered in your own name when making a deposit.
- Third-party payments will not be accepted — if one occurs, any refund must be handled through the relevant bank or payment service, and any fees incurred are the player's responsibility.
Withdrawals and Processing Time
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Once the request is confirmed, the transfer is processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit, or to your own bank account.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
- If any irregular or suspicious financial activity is detected, the transaction will be temporarily suspended for investigation.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)
vip8000 will give a 200% bonus (maximum 300,000 Ks) on your first deposit day. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times (wagering 15x).
- Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks and can play with 60,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
- Example — if you deposit 320,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum cap) and can play with 620,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 300,000 × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If you request a withdrawal while holding a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited and only the deposited amount will be available for withdrawal.
General Terms Regarding Bonuses
- The time limits and game restrictions for each individual bonus will be displayed on the promotions page or within the bonus offer, and must be read alongside these terms.
- Players sharing the same identity, IP address, or device will be monitored to prevent bonus abuse; if a violation is found, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
- vip8000 reserves the right to stop or modify any promotion at any time.
5 VIP Levels and Referral Program
VIP Level Cashback
The vip8000 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up levels based on their play and can enjoy the following weekly cashback rates.
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week
Cashback is received as bonus funds and may have wagering requirements — please refer to the relevant offer for details.
Refer a Friend
The referrer will receive a bonus of 10% of the referred friend's first deposit (maximum 10,000 Ks per person), plus a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred friend's qualifying wagers.
- The referred person must genuinely open a new account on the vip8000 platform, deposit their own funds, and play.
- If anyone attempts to open multiple accounts to exploit this program, their rewards and commissions will be forfeited.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
Casino Platform Conduct
All games on the vip8000 platform are protected with SSL encryption and use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. No player may attempt to exploit game technology.
Strictly prohibited actions —
- Collusion (players working together to gain an unfair advantage)

11 Account Closure and Decisions
Closure by the player
If a player wishes to close their own vip8000 account, they must contact the support team. Any remaining account balance (funds that have met wagering requirements) can be withdrawn, but any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

vip8000 may close a player's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons —
- Clear evidence of a breach of these terms
- Suspected money laundering or irregular financial activity
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC)
- Found to be under 21 years of age

12 Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

For any issue, players must first contact our support team to resolve it. Only if the support team is unable to resolve the matter will it be escalated to a higher decision-making authority.
- vip8000 is not liable for issues arising from a player's own unrealistic expectations of the casino platform or games.
- For disputes about game outcomes (such as a download not awarding a prize, or an expected prize not being received), the log of the relevant game software will be used as the reference.
13 General Terms
Language and Jurisdiction
These terms are set out in the Myanmar language, and the Myanmar-language version is the governing version. In the event of any discrepancy in translation or jurisdiction, the Myanmar-language version shall prevail.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply, and the intent of these terms shall be carried out to the extent possible.
Entire Agreement
These terms represent the entire agreement between the player and vip8000 regarding the use of this website, and supersede all prior commitments or understandings.
